Mint is your favorite tool for budgeting and now there’s another reason to love it. They’ve updated their web app to include a tab for Mint Bills. Now you can see all of your upcoming bills and even pay them directly from your Mint account.
Mint released Mint Bills a while back, but it was an entirely separate app from its standard budgeting tool. They’ve now integrated it into its main app, so when you log into your account, you can click on the “Bills” tab to see an overview of your bills. You’ll find all of your upcoming bills, including bills that are on schedule for payment. You’ll also see your account balance on those bills and you can look at them in a calendar view, too.
You can also pay your bills directly from the app. Of course, many of us have our bills set for automatic payment, but this feature comes in handy if you want to throw a little extra toward your credit card debt, for example. You can see how much extra you can afford to pay and actually pay that amount all in one place.
To try it out for yourself, you’ll have to sign up for Mint Bills, then the feature should be available from your main account. Head to the link below to give it a try.
